In depth
Verdict
Red Society, Silver Inngot, Figaro du Rocher and Mrs Philip look to be the leading players here and the narrow vote is given to the last mentioned. The selection could provide the value in the race as she would have a great chance on the pick of her form, and she should be spot-on for this after a couple of recent outings. Her stablemate Red Society is an obvious danger and he is a reliable performer who will certainly give you a run for your money. It would be no surprise to see him go well but on this occasion we will take him on. Silver Inngot is closely-matched with Red Society on their recent run at Taunton, and although he won that race, Red Society would have given him plenty to think about had he not been brought down in a pile-up after the second-last. Figaro Du Rocher is certainly worth considering as he would probably have won last time had he not fallen at the final flight. This is a tough race for punters to call and stakes should be kept to a minimum, but we will make Mrs Philip the one they all have to beat.
