Winning chaser Lou du Moulin Mas looks to have been found a suitable opportunity to open his account over hurdles and is taken to score at the main expense of Ca Na Trona and Rowley Hill. The last mentioned is trained by Alan King who has sent out a couple of winners of late but the son of Karinga Bay needs to improve to trouble the selection. Redspin ran with promise on his reappearance when second behind Dream Falcon over course and distance before slipping up at Cheltenham last time. He is probably best watched after that misfortune and of more interest may be Ca Na Trona. Charlie Mann's gelding put up an encouraging performance on his reappearance when third at Stratford and should strip fitter for the outing. However, he will need to if he is to get the better of Lou du Moulin Mas. The Paul Nicholls-trained gelding showed that a race of this nature would be well within his compass when chasing home Icy Prospect on his return over hurdles at Bangor last month and after one subsequent start over fences it is interesting that his connections put him back over hurdles today. Lou du Moulin Mas has an obvious chance and is hard to oppose.
