    Verdict

An open race to close the card and we will side with NATIONAL PETITION to get the better of Bakbenscher and Anthony's Road. The selection won well last time in the point-to-point sphere and he looks the most likely winner of this finale. He will go on the ground and with the yard in decent form he could be worth a bet. Bakbenscher has shown some reasonable form in bumpers but this faster ground looks to be neagative for him. Anthony's Road hails from a leading yard but his bumper form is only moderate and unless the market vibes are really positive then it will probably pay to look elsewhere. West End King won his bumper in good style but that was on soft ground, and we will stick with National Petition as the selection.
