WEST WITH THE WIND is our pick ahead of Silk Trail and Kouloura. The selection has exhibited a modicum of ability thus far and while she shapes as if she will probably get further than this seven furlongs, we side with her to build upon her recent effort at Leicester. Godolphin's juveniles have proved worth following in recent weeks. Silk Trail is a half-sister to Lujain and has taken this engagement rather than a couple of later entries at Newmarket. Kouloura was easy to back at Kempton and this looks a tougher assignment on paper. Arty Crafty needs more time. Freepressionist is from an unfashionable yard but has each-way claims if her run in an auction maiden at the course is taken at face value. King's Siren will make appeal once handicapped. Novastaria is an interesting newcomer from Walter Swinburn though his yard have posted a strike rate of a mere 5% with their youngsters. Diamond Til was the subject of modest support on introduction and can be expected to have improved. A race that needs reference to the market and West With The Wind is our idea of the winner.
