David Arbuthnot's stable has been in fine form of late and DOMINICAN MONK could be another winner for the Compton handler here. The 12-year-old came right back to his best under a patient ride at Newton Abbot earlier this month, beating the error-prone Exulto, and can defy a 5lb higher mark with McCoy taking over in the saddle today. Marley Roca was no match for the progressive Trooper Clarence here last time but has place prospects once again and is preferred to Hereford winner Fighting Chance. Passato has a decent record here but, like Cruchain and Health Is Wealth, could find this an insufficient test of stamina.
