Nine of the 12 runners here have distance wins to their name and this should prove to be a competitive affair where our selection goes to the in form KEW JUMPER who we expect to see off De Boitron and Nelson. The selection who is a consistent sort, was a winner over similar trip last time and he will be under the ride of champion jockey Tony McCoy today. This will be of huge benefit to the gelding who will be looking to continue the resurgence in form of his trainer. De Boitron has been in good form since he returned to action recently. He was a winner on his return back in January but a rise in the weights hampered progress and he finished second last time out. The gelding still looks weighted to win and a return to easier ground should help though he doesn't look like getting the better of the selection. It remains to be seen as to whether Nelson can follow up on his most recent success. It was his first in this country and a first for his trainer. He comes up against some stiff opposition here and a finish in the minors looks likely. Templer has shown good form of late and should stay on best of the rest but will need to put in a career best effort if he is to make the frame. As for the rest a market check is advised but non look like getting the better of our selection Kew Jumper.
