This track should play to MUTUAL RESPECT's strengths as he's at his best when able to dominate a field from the moment the tapes go up and he may be able to make every yard. He won by 28 lengths at Southwell but is able to race from the same mark so certainly looks well handicapped and, although that win may flatter him, he is hard to get away from as a result. In contrast, Local Present has to cope with a 9lb higher mark for his win at Fontwell and the consistent performer certainly deserved that success and may well have more to offer after just nine starts over fences. Kilshannig fared well enough when pitched in to handicap company for his chase bow at Worcester and is interesting with the prospect of more to come but Mutual Respect's tactics could put pressure on his jumping. Chevy To The Levy stepped up on his reappearance to go close at Southwell which brings him into the equation but preference is for Mutual Respect.
