A wide opemn bumper here and as usual in these events the market will be all important but the principals look to be Smart Street, Truckers Delight and Lord David and the vote is given to Smart Street. The selection was a fair second behind Jim The Gent last time is sure to improve and under similar conditions looks the one to be on. Trucker's Delight rates the main danger as he won a point to point in good style on his only start his stable know the time of day in these events and he should be watched in the market. Lord David is another worthy of respect as he was second in a point behind Triggers Mead on his debut and is another that is sure to improve but the suspicion is he will be seen to better effect over a longer trip in time. Of the remainder Laertes Cause looks vulnerable under his penalty and in a race where the market may well tell all for the winner we return to Smart Street to small stakes.
