Perspicace landed a couple of handicaps at Uttoxeter and Worcester before seemingly failing to act around Chester when transferred to the Flat for his latest assignment. He's only a five-year-old and should have more to offer, but that may be the case even more so with BROTHERLY COMPANY(NAP).
