Lillington was quite impressive at Newton Abbot in June but CILLIAN’S WELL (NAP) left the form of his first run over fences well behind when dotting up at Southwell last week. This is a better race but a 7lb penalty shouldn’t hinder his progress. Modeligo won over track and trip in May but is 6lb higher having been raised 5lb for a recent second at Uttoxeter. Dr Dunraven alternates between hurdles and fences but has not won of a mark this higher under either code.
