In depth

Verdict

FOREVER A DOVE has taken well to hurdling and was far from disgraced at Cartmel after having previously obliged at this track in April. She's up in trip now but that should not prove a problem and the booking of Harry Cobden suggests connections mean business. She's just given the vote over UGGY UGGY UGGY, steadily getting his act together over timber since joining Milton Harris and a live danger in receipt of 6lb from the topweight with the claim of Bradley Harris factored in. Warner's Cross is interesting on return from a break since February after wind surgery and Clean Getaway is pretty well treated on the best of his form, although he's not the most consistent. LIndwall, a three-time winner on the Flat for Sir Mark Prescott, returns from an absence and needs a market check.
