Support for Princess Zaha would put her firmly in the equation but the claims of Hi Spec and Jaassey are preferred with the vote going to Peter Beaumont's runner. The selection hasn't shone over hurdles this winter but appreciated the return to racing on the level when staying on well into fourth over 7 furlongs here last time. That was an encouraging effort and this longer trip will suit; he should be thereabouts. Princess Zaha has a bit more to prove but wasn't beaten far on her penultimate start and it's interesting that connections persevere. This is her first run here and she's well worth a market check. Hi Spec has more obvious claims having run well on a few occasions in Ireland. She shaped well on her first run for this yard at Wolverhampton last time over 7 furlongs and should be effective at this longer trip. She is feared but our vote goes to Jaassey.
