towards rear, soon pushed along, ridden over 2f out, stayed on final furlong
in touch, chased along halfway, ridden and one pace final furlong
in touch, pushed along over 2f out, ridden over 1f out, no impression
made all, pushed along 2f out, went clear entering final furlong, driven out
mid-division, ridden over 2f out, never near to challenge
chased leaders, effort over 1f out, stayed on same pace final furlong
dwelt and squeezed at start, soon outpaced, never a factor
A five furlong dash to start proceedings and Tuscan Dream may have too much speed for these, Leveled and Danakim may be the ones to chase him home. Alan Berry's nine-year-old bounced back to form in a similar contest last time, chasing home surprise winner Caronte, with some useful yardsticks behind, a repeat of that effort should be good enough here. Levelled was one of Tuscan Dreams' beaten rivals last time but does have a five pound pull in the weights so should make it difficult for the selection. Danakim hasn't had much luck over six furlongs recently but must come into the reckoning on his victory over the minimum trip last month, where he had today's opponent Spy Master over two lengths away. The rest of the field are out of form so we expect Tuscan Dream to land the spoils.
