Blakeset should take all the beating in this class G selling stakes with Polar Haze and On The Trail the most likely to chase him home. The selection was a beaten favourite behind Sergeant Slipper on the AW at Southwell last time out, but this is a slightly easier race and he should be capable of making amends with Eddie Ahern taking the ride. Polar Haze is the biggest danger but he wore blinkers and was a disappointment last time, and as the blinkers are once again on today he looks opposable. On The Trail is in a rich vein of form at present but he is given a tougher proposition here and he may just find one too good. Of the rest, Bells Beach would be competitive on the pick of his form, but Blakeset should be too good for his rivals here and is taken to score.
