Prince Of Gold is the pick over the likes of Favouring, Barzak, Tackoat and Monkey Madge to name but a few. Recent wining form is a bit thin on the ground here, and only a tentative vote goes to Prince Of Gold who at the weights has a sound chance of turning the tables on Capital Lass. The pair were separated by a short-head here in November, with Monkey Madge and Barzak behind, and the selection is best in on today's terms. Favouring is a past course-and-distance winner, while ex-Irish Tackoat may be suited by this drop in trip after running out of steam over a mile at Kempton last time. Further Outlook is getting long in the tooth now, while nothing else catches the eye. We are therefore happy to side with Capital Lass to small stakes.
