Desert Vision has been in good form on the Polytrack at Wolverhampton, winning three of his last four starts, and has to be considered but Mick Easterby's gelding as yet to confirm that he handles the Fibresand and a better bet may be DREAM IN BLUE, who gets the vote ahead of Resplendent Ace. Paul Howling's gelding has only raced here twice before, winning on his debut on the surface when landing a 1m4f handicap before finishing third in a handicap over two miles last week, and he has every chance despite having been raised 1lb for that outing. Peter Hiatt's Eseej has won his last two starts here and should appreciate the return to the Fibresand having disappointed in his last couple of starts at Wolverhampton. Mister Frosty ran well enough here last time but remains a maiden after nine starts and is probably best left out of calculations. Noel Wilson's Applaude has slipped to a fair mark but is hard to recommend and preference is for Dream In Blue. Jeremy Glover's gelding won a seller over course and distance in decisive fashion last week and he has solid claims of following up that success despite now being raised back into a handicap.
