Verdict
Silver Linnet won well when last seen at Catterick in a nursery in October and has to be considered on his Fibresand debut but a 10lb rise for that Catterick success makes this tougher and it may be worth siding with FLOW CHART, who gets the vote with Lord Victor rated the best of the rest. The selection is another having his first outing on the Fibresand but David Barron has always done well with his runners here and he looks worth siding with having been dropped to a mark of just 63. Jim Boyle's The Love Guru won well over course and distance last week but has gone up 10lbs for that win so he may not find this as easy. Lady Brickhouse is unexposed after just four starts but is hard to recommend on all known form, while Peter Grayson's Rightcar remains a maiden after 14 starts and is likely to still be one after this run. Alan McCabe's Lord Victor was good value for his win in a seller here over seven furlongs last week and surprisingly has not been raised in the handicap for that win so he has to be respected dropped down to six furlongs. Marginal preference though is for David Barron's Flow Chart, who is taken to make a winning start to his career on the Fibresand.
