Golden Brief has been excellent heart both on turf and the all-weather tracks of late and looks the safest bet in a tricky affair. Karl Burke's charge was a narrow winner over this trip at Thirsk last time and gave the strong impression that he won with something in hand so is taken to defy a 3lb rise with conditions once again in his favour. Mac's Talisman has also been well placed by connections on the all-weather this winter and shaped well on his return to turf last time so rates a danger. Ile Michel and Look Here Now have both already managed to get their heads in front this term and should go well once again despite having to concede plenty of weight while Plutocrat will be sharper for his recent return and the booking of Eddie Ahern could prove significant.
