    Verdict

A Wide open contest gets proceedings underway and many would have chances on their best form but the principals look to be Komac, Second Reef and Belly Dancer and the vote goes to Komac. The selection finished in mid-division behind Blue Marble last time, this looks much easier and under conditions that suit he is taken to score. Second Reef rates the main danger he is a well bred sort from a yard in form and he will not have to be anything special to take a hand in the finish. Belly Dancer was a fair fourth on his debut behind Chilly Cracker he is sure to have learnt from the experience and has definite place claims.Ducal Diva is another that showed ability on her debut when second behind Jerry's Girl but this looks more competitive and for that reason is opposed. Of the remainder One Of Each is from a yard that is doing well with it's two-year-olds and is another with place claims but in a race where stakes should be kept to the minimum for the winner we return to Komac.
