      In depth

      Verdict

Rampage was just pipped at Windsor last week and can go one better this afternoon, African Gift and Misaro look to be the obvious dangers. The selection should have won that Windsor event but drifted across the track in the closing stages. As it was only her second ever race it was probably due to greenness and we should see a more polished performance this afternoon. African Gift failed in her hat-trick bid last time, finishing third to Harrys House. Back over six furlongs she has to be a danger to all. Misaro took advantage of a dropping mark last time when comfortably beating St Ivien at Wolverhampton. He is penalised six pounds for that victory, but should still be capable of playing a major role. The enigmatic Viewforth is still on a decent mark and should do best of the others, however our idea of the winner is Rampage.
