A poor contest that really should not take a great deal of winning. Paul Howling's Trojan Wolf is well enough treated to take a hand in the finish but there was little sign of encouragement from his recent return following a six month lay off earlier in the month. The 10-year-old Prospector's Cove has been on the downgrade for some time now and, while he has claims on his best, he not shown that he really handles the surface. Tishomingo has shown very little in two starts on the all-weather this winter, while Inzarmood failed to sparkle in a maiden handicap here on Tuesday. The selection then is Mai Tai. Like a lot of the trainer's horses, the daughter of Scenic comes into this in good form, Dominic Fox is good value for his claim and she is well treated.
