Front running tactics were successfully adopted on Sir Mark Prescott's On Point at Lingfield on Saturday, when beating Park Star by one length, but the son of Kris had the benefit of a draw in stall one there and whether he can assume the same position from a stall seven berth here is debatable. Scary Night, the other last time out winner in the line up, secured his success over six furlongs here last week and may not be as effective over the furlongs shorter trip. The same cannot be said of Ann Stokell's Percy Douglas who has struggled to trouble the judge since winning over five furlongs at Wolverhampton last month as the son of Elmaamul has failed to stay six furlongs in two subsequent outings. Back over the minimum trip, he gets the vote.
