      Verdict

Redoubtable may well add to his latest victory, with Packin Em In, Court Music and Danakim all seen as potential dangers. Redoubtable has been a prolific winner over the years, scoring 17 times in all, but had to wait two years for his latest victory, at Lingfield 12 days ago. The old boy looked as though he was enjoying himself, and should again take care of Packin Em In on these terms. Court Music drifted to the left in the closing stages of a similar event last time and in any case may do better over another furlong. Danakim was having only his second race since a break when scoring over five furlongs last week and will not be inconvenienced by the step back up in trip. However, he does have to give weight away all round, and a place may be the best that he can hope for. Spy Master showed a glimpse of form behind Danakim but should be held again. For the winner we return to Redoubtable who would have carried these in his prime, but who showed last time that his winning days are not over yet.
