Creek Island showed some promise when third over 6f at Kempton on his debut while Kimberley Girl posted an improved effort over the same trip at Newcastle last time. But SENSE OF DIRECTION (NAP) was beaten less than a length when third over course and distance on her introduction and Karl Burke’s filly gets the nod with proven form on today’s surface. Mushaageb has yet to threaten but gets first-time headgear and his yard have a fine strike rate at the track while Battle Of Yarmouk is related to several smart winners and is a newcomer to note representing Kevin Ryan’s yard.
