Forchena seeks a four-timer but this course and distance winner is 19lb higher than when landing the first win of her hat-trick. However, she's toughed it out in grand style each time, never more so than when running down King Golan at Hexham on Derby Day. MISSCARLET is less easy to predict but it appears that a wind operation in the spring has had the desired effect and she scored smoothly over timber over 2m4f. She's up 8lb now but probably has a few pounds in hand and should stay the longer trip around here. Keep The River has an each-way chance but recent Uttoxeter one-two, Dorette and Ali The Hunter, make greater shortlist appeal with little between the pair.
