GUSTAVE MAHLER returned from a five month lay-off with a victory at Worcester. Alastair Ralph’s charge is penalised for that success but beat the re-opposing Amirr over four lengths. The latter is a dual bumper winner and should make a race of it but the remaining pair have shown nothing so far in either bumper races or over hurdles and are hard to recommend.
