Wizard Looking had to work hard to make a winning return at Lingfield last month but Don Cantillon's gelding is entitled to improve for the run and is taken to follow up off just a 5lb higher mark today, getting the verdict ahead of Bethanys Boy and Speagle. The last mentioned has claims on the form shown when successful at Wolverhampton last month and is only 2lbs higher now having struggled under a penalty on his latest start. Me Fein has an absence to overcome but would have a chance if fit for his reappearance, a comment that also applies to Falimar. The booking of Joe Fanning for Noble Edge takes the eye, while a market move for Tony Newcombe's Princess Zaha would be of interest. Bethanys Boy has run to a consistent level of form and has to be respected but it may be worth siding with Wizard Looking.
