        Verdict

        In a modest contest, Dream Forest, Global Guardian and Regal Lass make it onto the short list, with Regal Lass being the choice. Her Haydock third in a similar event back in August brings Dream Forest into the argument in this weak affair, while Global Guardian's chance cannot be dismissed if he manages to recapture his best form of around a year ago. Much as they have not shown too much, Impulsive Madam and stablemates Hippolyte and Regal Lass are from decent stables and must be given some thought, particularly Regal Lass if recapturing her form of a year ago now that she is dropping to this grade now for the first time. And, in what is a modest race, Regal Lass might just provide the answer.
