A horrid race to solve and an each-way punt is advised on Mexican although Masafi, Super Dominion and Bulawayo are sure to be up there with the market leaders. Micky Hammond's charge is now off a mark of 37 and while Mexican has had a few names called in the past, it seems incomprehendible that he has regressed so much from the horse that was running well off marks in the mid-80's for Clive Brittain. The stable are in slightly better form of late and the horse should be a decent price. Masafi looks ordinary but the Prescott bandwagon will no doubt shorten this up considerably given that the stable have sent out a couple of winners during the last few days. Super Dominion has been running well of late and appears in good heart. Bulawayo gained a rare but convincing success here in selling company while Haunt The Zoo has won here previously but would be much more appealing if this were at Wolverhampton. Icecap is watched in the market for clues. A tough race and Mexican is played each-way.
