Mister Incredible is given a narrow vote over Luloah and Garlogs in what looks a tight contest to finish with over 5f. Chris Dwyer's gelding was an emphatic winner on his handicap debut over a furlong further 10 days ago when he was hampered by one of his cheekpieces coming loose inside the last 100 yards. There is plenty of improvement in the 3-year-old - a vital weapon to have on your side in the early stages of a new season - and it looks significant that Chris Dwyer is happy to bring the son of Wizard King back in trip. Five of the 6lb penalty is negated by the claim of Greg Fairley and a quick-fire double is on the cards. There are formlines, however, that suggest Luloah can run the selection close, especially as she finished in front of Mister Incredible when the pair were second and fourth behind Tombalina over this trip on December 17. Luloah has since won a seller and, on her first start for new trainer Phil McEntee, finished an excellent second to Egyptian Lord in a decent handicap at Lingfield. There won't be much between the pair. Garlogs also has to come into calculations as the figures give that one a squeak in the hands of Neil Callan. Alan Bailey's horse never stayed the 6f on his latest start and is best judged on his second to Egyptian Lord over course and distance earlier in December. It's a tight race and stakes should be kept to a minimum with Mister Incredible given the vote.
