FORTUNELLA stands out as the class act in this ordinary looking handicap with both Transmission and Karmest worth noting. The selection is six pounds higher in the weights since winning here last time out. He obviously has his limitations but could be still improving with experience. He has proven he has ability to win races and is worth staying on the right side of for the time being. Transmission is still winless after twelve attempts but he has shown a decent level of form in a number of those defeats to suggest he has ability. He ran well below par at Great Leighs last time out though and needs to up his game to score here. Karmest won a Beverly handicap back in April off a mark of 58. He has struggled since he has risen in the weights and looks up against it once again so for the winner we return to Fortunella.
