      Verdict

      Shrine Mountain looks capable of giving weight away to the rest including Galley Law and Legal Lover. The recent victory of Shrine Mountain over the course-and-distance suggests that he is the one to be on here. He absolutely bolted up in a first-time visor seven days ago, finishing nine-lengths clear of his nearest rival Musical Gift, and although that was a seller, this is certainly no better, so Jack Holt's decision to run him here rather than in a handicap can pay off. Galley Law is yet another that has been successful round here in the past, but his recent form leaves him with a bit to do against the younger Shrine Mountain. Legal Lover is interesting though, as he actually finished in front of the selection at Beverley and connections will be hoping that he can maintain that form. However, Shrine Mountain improved so much last time that we reckon he can turn the tables on Legal Lover and come out on top overall.
