Hart of Gold, Diamond Hurricane and Josr's Magic form the shortlist for this maiden to open the card and the vote is given to Hart Of Gold. The selection has had two runs and he has shown plenty of promise on both of his outings to date. He ran green when finishing fourth behind Chjimes at Nottingham last time and with the benefit of that experience under his belt he is taken to score from a decent draw. Diamond Hurricane made a pleasing debut at Thirsk when he finished a close third behind Lovelace but he has a poor draw tonight and we will oppose him for that reason. Josr's Magic looks to be progressing nicely on the evidence of his third behind Steady As A Rock at Pontefract last week. He has the services of Tony Culhane tonight and he should be capable of making the frame. Ten For Tosca and Denton Hawk are interesting newcomers and are worth noting in the market, but for the winner we will stick with Hart Of Gold.
