Feast of Romance has been nothing if not consistent lately and looks the percentage call over the likes of Legalis and Jalouhar in the seller. Since gaining his first ever win here in 1999, Feast of Romance has turned into a Wolverhampton specialist, notching no less than eight successes at Dunstall Park. However, he found only the front-running Weet Watchers too good on a return visit here four days ago, and if Jamie Spencer can get him into the lead early, the seven-year-old may well hold on. After picking up a couple of wins in Dubai, Legalis looked set for a profitable time after scoring at Wolverhampton in 2002, but has not added to his tally. Just of late, he has started to show a bit of form and may give the selection a race. Jalouhar won a maiden here in November but has gone the wrong way since and is opposed, and Feast of Romance looks an obvious choice.
