Probably not the strongest of handicaps, but interesting nonetheless. Scary Night, the winner of a seller back in May, looks opposable giving weight away, as does the maiden St Ivian, who has done most of his racing over the minimum trip. Petite Mac never seems to run two races alike, but handicap debutante Lightsabre is a possibility. He has raced over seven-furlongs and a mile to date, but he may be better suited by this trip and his mark of 60 doesn't appear too demanding. Wensleydale Lad scrambled home in a seller here last time and was retained at the auction for 5,500 guineas. He may be capable of some improvement, but the vote goes to Singularity, who will be blinkered for the first time. He has shown enough to suggest he in capable of finding a little race, and this on paper doesn't look much better than a seller.
