Spuradich is given the verdict ahead of Red Moor and Irish Wolf. Jonjo O'Neill's charge was well backed prior to his opening bow at Cartmel and only found Crathorne too good on that occasion. Rated into the 90's when with Luca Cumani, one is prepared to forgive him a near miss and back him again in what looks to be a weak race. Red Moor beat a useful type in Kristoffersen. That was on rain softened ground and he will have to be at his best to defy a penalty. Irish Wolf was formerly seen out over ten furlongs in France. Peter Bowen is in good form but his representative's better form has come with significant cut in the ground. Dyneburg looks to find this trip plenty short enough and is watched in the market in case there is anything different to be gleaned. Sevens Delight ran a fair third on a belated racecourse appearance. There is probably a little more to come and anything shown today can be built upon. Scarabus did not show too much on his most recent start although Brendan Powell's runners have been performing creditably under both flat and National Hunt codes.Spuradich can make amends for an expensive defeat last time out and is accordingly recommended.
