Tykie Two is our preference in the finale with Victory Quest and Spanish Conquest as the dangers. The selection won here at odds of 100-1 a couple of starts ago and while his follow up was a tad disappointing, there is no disputing that he likes this circuit. The question is whether he gets the trip. Wizard Looking and Amwell Brave reoppose. They are ordinary but capable. Victory Quest has had his moments. He has had some time off after a couple of bad blobs. Spanish Quest ran a stinker at Southwell on his last visit and that has to be a worry when factoring betting strategy. Historic Place is a far from forlorn hope at bigger prices. The Geake yard seem to be emerging from the doldrums and staying should not be a problem. Muntami has won two from nine on the artifical surfaces and probably needs this trip these days. Viscounti Rossini steps up in trip having gone close over ten furlongs. Jungle Lion, a banded stakes graduand for John Norton, makes a reappearance for new connections. Senor Set looks best of the rest. A race that typifies the meeting and Tykie Two is our call.
