Verdict

Chanceuse won over a mile here in March but has been beaten over longer trips since while both Zephyr and Master Dan have only been placed in maiden races on the Fibresand. Hallouella has made the frame at Wolverhampton three times this year and tries her luck on this slower surface for the first time but Vosne Romance arrives on the back of a good effort at Newcastle. It was soft ground when CAPE ARROW finished a close-up third at Bath on his return to action. He gets a speculative vote having caught the handicapper in a good mood dropping him 3lb for this.
