ANGIE'S NAP gets the verdict in this opening seller; Mahiki and Drumpellier also make the shortlist. The selection just lost out by a nose when last seen, proving that the recent drop in grade has helped. She looks capable of even more now and the filly is expected to do well for her new connections. Mahiki has been a fairly consistent performer since debuting back in May. She is yet to finish among the front three but is improving with racing and this race offers up a decent chance. Drumpellier showed enough last time, when dropped in grade, to suggest she could find a less-competitive race such as this, but a place among the minors here looks likely.
