      Verdict

      White Shaheen went close in soft ground at Salisbury in October and returns to action. Last Star Falling was placed at Brighton in the same month and also makes her debut on this surface but MELENDEZ has a recent second over a mile here under his belt. Jamie Osborne's charge should go close again on that evidence while Andrew Balding's impressive strike rate at this venue with his three-year-old runners means Touchdown Banwell is worth a second glance in the betting on his racecourse debut.
