Colorus could be interesting at a slightly larger price as an each-way alternative because he has a decent record on Fibresand, won at Goodwood two starts ago and Matthew Cosham usefully takes weight off his back. Where's Reiley runs off a 5lb higher mark than when he last won here but he's worth consideration, whereas Ace Of Spies may prefer a furlong further and is eliminated from calculations. EFISTORM is perhaps the best of Conor Dore's runners in the race as he seeks a hat-trick. He started his sequence off a mark of 75 on the turf and although he prefers that surface, he looks well poised off 74 to score here. La Capriosa runs under penalty after a narrow win at Musselburgh and she could be involved, as could Sloop Johnb who is back to a very realistic mark.
