Get To The Point has plummeted from a rating of 72 to just 52 here and he may now be good enough to take this, with Lakeside Guy and Man Crazy others to consider in a very poor contest. The selection showed some form over course and distance when beaten a length by Primo Way off a mark of 63 back in April. He also performed well in defeat at Brighton off 72 next time out, but since then he has been on the slide. But we are hoping that the return to this trip and surface will suit and off this mark if he can show anything like that running earlier in the year then he must have an outstanding chance. Lakeside Guy has 2lb in hand on the selection at the weights, based on official ratings, and connections will be looking for a better effort than his last of eight runners on his only start at the track. He has not been going badly of late and looks capable of getting involved. Man Crazy is still a maiden after 23 starts, and makes her first appearance on the fibresand. She goes well enough at this trip and has handled slower ground on turf, so she may take to it well, but we prefer Get To The Point, who can go in.
