In depth

Verdict

Very testing conditions plus a stiff uphill climb to the finish means experience should be a plus. Future Frontier finished runner-up on soft going at Bellewstown but was beaten six lengths and ran moderately at Down Royal later. Henry's Affair has experience of soft ground and didn't last home over a mile at Gowran while Jose Echegaray has shown a bit of potential in two decent maidens. Burning Brightly should improve for his run at Killarney but a chance is taken with BUTTERFLY KISSES. Kevin Prendergast's filly has only had one run but that was on ground with plenty of give at Fairyhouse and, though not making much impression, she gave the indication that there would be much more to come next time.
