    In depth

    Verdict

Evita Du Mesnil prevailed by a neck when scoring at Kelso and is only 2lb higher. Enlighten placed here before finishing second at Musselburgh still looking for his first win over hurdles while Tiger Jet may improve now handicapping. But the same can be said of STOKES, who was no match for Since Day One, rated 125, when runner-up in novice company but that looks a decent effort in this context and Ben Pauling’s charge gets the vote.
