In the bumper, we will side with Arctic Moss ahead of Martovic, Panama Venture and, possibly, Zaffie Parson. Arctic Moss won a fair event at Musselburgh on her debut but then ran down the file on her only other run, admittedly in a Listed bumper. If straight after an absence, she would have to be considered and is rated a tentative choice. Martovic is out of that very smart chasing mare, Martomick, who was also trained by Kim Bailey, so it will be interesting to see how the market reacts to her presence, while Panama Venture is from a very good jumping family on her dam's side so is another to grant some respect to. Pinkerton Mill is one of those with a more flat-orientated pedigree, while Shulmin showed some promise behind Funny Times on her debut. Of the others, Carravanish is related to jumping winners, Kokopelli Manor's dam is related to some fair jumping winners and Zaffie Parson also has something to like on breeding. As ever with these races, watch the betting but, for the winner, once again we return to Arctic Moss.
