Verdict

DONNACHIES GIRL was a 50/1 chance on her debut at Wetherby but belied her odds with an excellent run behind Redemption Song - normal progress should see her difficult to beat. Western Lass was a similar SP when a close third on her introduction at Kelso so she should improve enough to get involved while Irish raider M Seven Seven Gus wasn't suited to front-running at Catterick when well supported. Newcomers to note include Shark Hanlon's Who's For Tea, who is related to a host of winners, and Brian Ellison's Xin Chao, who has a Flat pedigree so should have more pace than most of these.
