Verdict

Forpaddytheplumber has placed between the flags and won over hurdles but finished lame on his chasing bow. Cudgel is only 1-16 over fences and Morningside has a bit to prove at present but Sir Apollo won over track and trip two runs ago, though was more than three lengths behind Onestepatatime at Wetherby subsequently. MOROZOV COCKTAIL is clearly suited by a test of stamina and is only a pound higher than when scoring at Newcastle last April so gets the nod.
