In depth

Verdict

Brian Hughes comes in for the ride on Graystown but he’s something of a Hexham specialist and it’s interesting that regular partner Sam Coltherd switches to ARD CHROS, who was in cracking form in the spring and reappeared over a trip too far at Ayr. Cash Again was second to the in-form Rocco Storm here in November with the latter proving too good for Tom Creen over course and distance later. Relkadam remains out of sorts but Zuckerberg has won on Tapeta since last seen over fences and Large Action won a novices’ handicap by 13 lengths on New Year’s Day, though is penalised.
