In depth

Verdict

Zeitgeist, Mr Mischief and Major Catch are the leading lights here and the vote is given to Zeitgeist. The selection was useful on the flat and he made a really pleasing debut over hurdles when beating Panzer. He has won on soft ground on the flat and he looks the type who will have a future in this sphere. Mr Mischief is game and consistent and is from a yard in form so he will give our selection plenty to think about but he has been steadily rising in the weights and we are happy to take him on today. Major Catch is another who will have ground conditions to suit and he was a good second behind Brumous last time. He is sure to run his race but Zeitgeist could be quite useful over hurdles and is taken to lead them home before going on to better things.
