Now that he has found some form we will stick with KINGDOM OF FIFE to do the business here and follow up his recent c&d win, while Flying Applause and Storyland can also go well. Kingdom Of Fife does not look the easiest of rides and had his own ideas about the game before coming good here last time, when he looked to have more in hand than the official one-length margin suggested. Good ground or softer should suit the Kingmambo gelding, who can follow up. Flying Applause beat Spanish Diva a head at Windsor last time and a 6lb rise plus slightly slower ground won't help so we'll take him on. Storyland enjoyed a couple of wins in the spring but has looked in the grip of the handicapper the last twice she has run, so you'd not be confident about her chances here. C&d winner Palmerin is 6lb higher than his last success and looks to be in need of a drop before going in again, while Fitzroy Crossing is now on a dangerously low mark compared to only a year ago and a return to form is not ruled out. Even so, Kingdom Of Fife looked like he'd come of age last time and can follow up today.
